Adhoc
About this Committee
An Ad Hoc is a secret-topic crisis committee: you receive your brief and portfolio at the opening gavel—no advance background guide. Expect rapid updates that depend on creativity and speed. This committee is best suited for experienced delegates.

Letter from the CD
Hello! My name is Hafiz Mohamed, a second-year Finance student with a minor in Public Policy from Dublin, Ohio. As a high schooler, I was super active on the High School circuit (even competed at OSUMUN for 3 years!), being extremely involved with my school team and was even a member of All-American Model UN. I now serve as one of the Head-Delegates for OSU Model UN’s travel team, where I get to travel the country competing on the collegiate Model UN circuit against teams from around the world. I have a lot of Model UN experience, all of which I hope to use to provide you with a fun, competitive, and rewarding time in committee. Outside of MUN, you can find me playing/watching basketball, out late eating food with my friends, binging WAY too much of a show/movie (Interstellar the GOAT), or attempting to cook food.
From Ad Hoc, you expect a speedy crisis/debate environment that requires delegates to find and collaborate on creative and realistic solutions. That said, this committee would be best suited for experienced and seasoned crisis delegates. As OSUMUN approaches, feel free to contact me (Mohamed.754@buckeyemail.osu.edu) with any questions. I hope you’re just as excited as I am for OSUMUN, can’t wait to see everyone come February!
